Passion for Life, Inc. was created to be a high energy and engaging process that helps students identify their passions and gain clarity on how to utilize their core strengths and talents to select a career.

Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 3-4 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation.

As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will:

  1. Lead volunteer recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for project-based roles.
  2. Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration.
  3. Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

Required:

  • Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidates and match them to volunteer roles

  • Passion for volunteerism and nonprofit work

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in HR, recruiting, or nonprofit management
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools
  • Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
