The American Heart Association is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Sourcer to join their team. We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Sourcer. This Talent Acquisition professional will handle full-cycle recruiting for positions in our multi-state SouthWest and Southeast regions as part of a 14+ person recruiting team. Additionally, they will be experts in sourcing techniques and sourcing technology, splitting their time between full-cycle recruiting and sourcing support for hard-to-fill requisitions.
This position can be home-based. Southeast or Southwestern states are preferred based on areas in which this role will support.

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting the best talent who are able and willing to propel our mission forward. This includes stewarding business partners and candidates through searches with a keen customer service orientation and proven attention to detail.
The salary minimum to the midpoint of the range is $55,000.00 to $80,000.00. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
