Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 3 years corporate recruiting support or equivalent experience.
• Experience using electronic/web-based recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing, resume evaluation, candidate assessment and interview techniques.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment and staffing.
• Ability to quickly build relationships with hiring managers, colleagues and candidates.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze recruiting challenges.
• Team player comfortable with collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and/or manage programs and activities within the Talent Acquisition department (apprentice programs, recruiting calendars, career fairs, etc.).
• Gathers, analyzes data to track recruitment trends and informs management and hiring managers.
• Source and recruit candidates through internet resources, ATS, referrals, fairs, search firms, networking, and direct contact.
• Educate and support hiring managers on the overall process; provide staffing assistance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
