Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is hiring for a Talent Acquisition role to support our corporate and property leadership recruiting efforts.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage requisitions in iCIMS, and build diverse talent pipelines across non-exempt and leadership roles. We expect a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or 2–5 years HR experience), strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills, and solid experience with Microsoft Office and iCIMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or 2–5 years HR experience.
• Strong problem solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent project and time management, ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to HR issues.

Responsibilities

• Partners with internal stakeholders to meet the needs of the business units.
• Maintains and supports recruitment efforts for Talent Acquisition.
• Manages open job requisitions in iCIMS for corporate professional and property leadership roles.
• Reviews resumes and applications for non-exempt corporate and property leadership positions.
• Utilizes sourcing tools to expand talent pipelines for open roles.
• Pre-screens potential candidates and develops diverse talent pools for non-exempt roles and leadership positions.
• Develops, implements, and executes sourcing strategies; makes recommendations to improve strategies.
• Creates job offers and negotiates offers.
• Manages interview schedules and assesses candidates according to hiring criteria.
• Ensures background information complies with company standards.
