Job summary

Uline is opening a new Connecticut facility and seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for its 1.3 million-square-foot Plainfield warehouse. The role focuses on attracting top talent for a range of roles—from entry-level to technical—across North America.

This on-site position offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing operation with a strong benefits package, including a $5,000 signing bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse/operations roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting to staff warehouse operations from entry-level to technical roles.
• Source quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and prepare recruitment plans.
• Interview applicants to assess fit with role requirements.
• Build relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and talent organizations.
