Uline, a family-owned distributor, is opening a new Connecticut warehouse and seeks a Recruiter to fill roles across our growing operation. You will perform full cycle recruiting and build a pipeline of candidates for entry-level to technical positions at the Plainfield facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3+ years of recruiting experience, ATS and MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel for training across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Travel to recruitment events and Uline's North American locations for initial training.

Responsabilités

• Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and requirements to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate fit with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.
