Job summary

Mount Kemble Search Group is seeking a Recruiter in Plainfield, CT to lead full cycle recruiting for warehouse operations. You will identify, interview, and place candidates for entry-level to technical roles, leveraging job boards, sourcing tools, and networking.

Key duties include partnering with hiring managers, evaluating applicants, and building relationships with agencies and universities to fill staffing needs. Travel to events for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of HR recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

A leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials is looking for a Recruiter to join their excellent team in Plainfield CT. As Recruiter you’ll be identifying, interviewing, and matching candidates with jobs at their impressive 1.3million sq ft industrial warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation. Mostly high volume, entry-level roles and occasionally more technical, high-level roles.
• Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Requirements
