Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is opening a Connecticut facility in Plainfield. As a Recruiter, you will manage full cycle recruiting for warehouse operations and partner with hiring managers to fill roles from entry-level to technical.

This on-site role offers a pay range of $68,000 to $100,000 per year plus a $5,000 new-hire bonus. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with 6% match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to events and locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruiting for warehouse and related roles.
• Source candidates via boards, social media, and networks.
• Partner with managers to plan recruitment and qualifications.
• Interview applicants to assess fit with position requirements.
• Build relationships with agencies, universities and other talent organizations.
