Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for the company. The role supports staffing across departments from its Saint Cloud headquarters.

The position involves full-cycle recruitment, collaboration with managers, posting and advertising, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in HR management preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Attend and conduct interviews with department managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Perform other required duties as assigned.
