Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support managers across the full-cycle recruitment process and lead hiring for senior-level roles. The ideal candidate will partner with department leaders to craft accurate job descriptions, implement efficient recruiting strategies, and manage interviews and offers.

Located in St. Cloud, MN, this full-time position requires strong knowledge of employment laws, confidentiality, and effective negotiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years HR management experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews; oversee interview materials.
• Attend and conduct interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring manager during offer process including salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter will provide a high-level of support to managers in the full-cycle recruitment process and lead the hiring process for senior level roles within the company.

Hours and Wages

• Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM
• $29.00-$37.25 per hour, based on experience
  • The posted pay range reflects the compensation range for this position. Starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity. Employees are generally hired below the maximum of the range to allow room for future compensation growth as they gain experience, develop their skills and demonstrate increased proficiency in the role. Compensation increases are based on applicable company policies, performance and individual development

Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
• Screen applicants and select qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions
• Perform other required duties as assigned

Education And Experience

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in human resources management preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
