Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to provide high-level support to managers in the full-cycle recruitment process and to lead hiring for senior level roles within the organization.

The position is full-time and based in Saint Cloud, MN. The role offers a structured 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with an hourly pay range of $29.00–$37.25, dependent on experience. The company emphasizes compliance with employment laws and proactive recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources management preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
• Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
• Attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Perform other required duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Hours and Wages

• Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM
• $29.00-$37.25 per hour, based on experience
  • The posted pay range reflects the compensation range for this position. Starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity. Employees are generally hired below the maximum of the range to allow room for future compensation growth as they gain experience, develop their skills and demonstrate increased proficiency in the role. Compensation increases are based on applicable company policies, performance and individual development

Education and Experience

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in human resources management preferred
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
