Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Sacramento, CA. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR to design and drive effective recruitment strategies while managing the full lifecycle of hiring across multiple levels and roles.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 5–7+ years in recruiting, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources (HR) to design and drive effective recruitment strategies, serving as the primary contact for both external and internal talent, as the Talent Acquisition Recruiter
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the business’s hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent
• Analyze recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and posting positions
• Exhibit a customer service-oriented approach with experience managing high-volume field, exempt, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree
