Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Sacramento, CA, to lead full lifecycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers on strategic staffing solutions. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with HR and external partners to drive effective talent acquisition.

The position requires experience in high-volume recruiting, strong customer service, and the ability to design recruitment strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources (HR) to design and drive effective recruitment strategies, serving as the primary contact for both external and internal talent as the Talent Acquisition Recruiter
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the business’s hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent
• Analyze recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and posting positions
• Exhibit a customer service-oriented approach with experience managing high-volume field, exempt, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development
• Other duties as assigned
