Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Program Manager to support recruiting activities across the hiring lifecycle. You’ll coordinate interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and communications to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Teams, and HR to drive onboarding, events, and compliant processes while maintaining trackers and documentation to enable efficient hiring.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, or related function.
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout interview, offer, onboarding and pre-employment processes.
• Support offer generation, onboarding coordination and other recruiting operations.
• Maintain recruiting trackers, schedules and documentation.
• Assist with planning and execution for recruiting events and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
