Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Experience with university or early-career programs is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead university partnerships and a structured internship program.
• Develop mentorships and programs to grow early-career talent within the company.
