Quarterhill seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top talent for technical and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define profiles, manage full-cycle recruiting, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities include building pipelines, posting roles, tracking metrics, and supporting employer branding while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technical, operational, and/or corporate roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tech; awareness of EEO laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and needs.
• Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Create compelling job postings across careers site and boards.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and track metrics.
• Support employment branding and ensure compliance with laws.
