Essex Property Trust, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) to drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles in the Irvine area.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and manage events to build a diverse talent pipeline. The role requires 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience, familiarity with Workday, and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years corporate recruiting experience, focused on high-volume, corporate and leadership roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-volume, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Plan and participate in hiring events and job fairs to attract diverse talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to create strategic recruitment plans and provide updates.
• Streamline processes and improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Champion DEI initiatives in sourcing and hiring practices.
