Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Student & Graduates in the United States, focusing on internships and entry‑level technology roles within the DT&D organization.

You will lead campus recruiting, partner with hiring managers, run end‑to‑end cycles from hello to hire, and work with ATS/CRM tools to build strong candidate pipelines.

This role requires travel up to 50% in peak times and is onsite five days a week; a competitive total rewards package is provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
• Experience in talent acquisition with a focus on student & graduate programs, including internships.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment cycle from hello to hire for functional student & graduate roles including recruiting, interviewing, offers, onboarding and start-date planning.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and use data to inform decisions.
• Lead university recruiting efforts at strategic campuses and clubs to execute the recruitment strategy for students and graduates.
• Collaborate with the broader DT&D team to run internship programs and improve processes.
• Utilize ATS/CRM tools to build pipelines and deliver qualified candidates.
