Qualifications

• Proven experience consulting and influencing executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA leaders to improve recruiting efficiency and experience.
• Lead design and adoption of talent acquisition process improvements.
• Develop change management strategies for recruiting initiatives.
• Consult with leaders on assessments, methodologies, and hiring decisions.
• Leverage analytics to identify opportunities and measure programs.
