You will collaborate with DT&D recruiters to recruit top talent from colleges and universities and promote Caterpillar's recruitment brand at schools and events. You will partner on internship program execution, build strong university relationships, and drive intern conversions to full-time roles,

Qualifications

• Relationship management techniques to establish and maintain client/vendor/peer relationships.
• Candidate screening methods to preselect suitable candidates for interviews.
• Staffing and recruiting knowledge to identify, retain and relocate personnel for a wide range of positions.
• Analytical use of workforce data to support business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives and priorities.
• Experience with student & graduate recruitment and internship programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment cycle from hello to hire for student & graduate roles including offers and onboarding.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate on university relations and partnerships for internship and graduate programs.
• Lead university recruiting teams at strategic campuses to execute the recruitment strategy.
• Oversee internship program execution to meet business needs.
