McKinstry seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on craft and skilled-trades to recruit for union craft, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and related field positions in Seattle, WA. You will partner with operations and field leadership to build proactive pipelines and align recruiting strategies with business needs.

Qualifications

Experience recruiting skilled-trades, union craft, construction, field, and/or service talent.
Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills for hard-to-fill roles.
Knowledge of union/craft recruiting practices and collective bargaining environments.

Responsibilities

Build talent networks within practitioner and trades communities.
Source, interview, negotiate offers, and hire candidates for open requisitions.
Develop proactive recruiting strategies for union craft and skilled-trades roles.
Partner with operations leaders to forecast workforce needs and align sourcing.
Develop partnerships with apprenticeship and training programs to build pipelines.
