Job summary

McKinstry seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on craft and skilled trades to lead recruiting for union craft, electricians, plumbers, and related field roles in Seattle. The role collaborates with operations to forecast needs and build candidate pipelines across construction and service businesses.

You will source, interview, and extend offers while developing strategies with HR and labor relations partners to meet current and future workforce demands.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting skilled-trades, union craft, construction, field, and/or service talent.
• Proficiency sourcing and building pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Knowledge of union/craft recruiting practices and apprenticeship programs.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develops proactive recruiting strategies for union craft and skilled-trades roles.
• Direct sourcing, interviews, negotiates offers, and hires to fill requisitions.
• Partner with operations leaders to understand current and future workforce needs.
• Build strong pipelines through apprenticeships, programs, and community partners.
