Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Seattle, WA to join the recruiting team and build strong relationships with business units. You will source, interview, negotiate offers, and hire candidates while training HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System.

You will develop talent networks, monitor market intelligence, and drive cost-saving approaches in recruiting, supporting the McKinstry College Recruiting program and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for field, service, and labor roles.
• Proficient in networking and best search practices.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws (EEO, ADA, OFCCP)

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire candidates to fill open requisitions.
• Train HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in the ATS.
• Track candidate workflows, source data, and market intelligence.
• Drive cost-containment efforts in recruiting.
• Develop and refine candidate search strategies and pipelines.
• Manage McKinstry College Recruiting program.
