Qualifications

• Experience recruiting skilled-trades, union craft, construction, field, or service talent.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong sourcing via direct outreach, networking, and partnerships with trades programs.

Responsibilities

• Builds talent networks within practitioner and skilled-trades communities.
• Direct sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and hiring to fill requisitions.
• Develops proactive strategies for union craft and skilled trades roles.
• Collaborates with operations leaders to forecast workforce needs and pipelines.
• Manages partnerships with apprenticeship programs and trade schools.
• Ensures compliance with labor and employment laws and maintains data in ATS.
• Drives continuous improvement in recruiting processes and candidate experience.
