RealREPP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in East Memphis to manage full-cycle recruitment for property-based roles. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, craft effective interview processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role supports employer branding and workforce planning in a dynamic multifamily portfolio. You will build talent pipelines, source top candidates, and guide hiring decisions leveraging Dayforce and other ATS tools.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried operations roles.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and recruiting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and interview processes.
• Provide guidance on recruiting processes, labor market conditions, and best practices.
• Support acquisitions, transitions, new developments, and staffing initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring priorities.
