• Agency recruiting experience highly valued.
• Proven success building candidate pipelines proactively rather than only managing active requisitions.
• Experience partnering with hiring leaders and influencing decisions.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience representing an employer brand through community outreach, events, or networking groups.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment.

A privately held, family-owned retail organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across an assigned multi-state territory, but this person MUST be located near Franklin, TN. The role is remote, but with travel to store locations across the east. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, focusing on proactive pipeline development, relationship building, and full-cycle recruitment for store and field-based roles.
