Job summary

BrightPath Kids, part of the Busy Bees family, is hiring a Recruiter to support our growing HR and Operations teams. You will manage high-volume hiring across 200+ centers in the US and Canada using Hirebridge ATS and handle candidate communications from screening to interviews.

We seek an Associate degree holder with strong customer service and MS Office skills, capable of multitasking and working independently in a hybrid Dallas–Fort Worth environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR/communication/business administration or related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Screening applicants and scheduling interviews.
• Ensuring follow-up with candidates.
• Headhunting for quality candidates.
• Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and faxes.
• Provide general support to applicants.
• Perform other HR related job duties as assigned.
