Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Talent Recruiter to attract a diverse and mission-aligned workforce across a portfolio of schools and departments. You will implement sourcing and outreach campaigns and lead full-cycle recruitment to fill school-based and central office roles.

You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers, conduct screenings, manage the ATS, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience in a rapidly growing Texas network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in talent recruitment or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent recruitment or talent management in education preferred.
• Experience with ATS software (SalesForce, SmartRecruiters, Lever) is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent across multiple schools.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to define roles and manage logistics.
• Conduct initial screenings and share qualified candidates for decisions.
• Maintain ATS records and monitor progress toward hiring goals.
• Represent KIPP Texas at career fairs and events.
