Job summary

Enterprise Solutions from Michael Page is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support the delivery of our client’s RPO/MSP hiring programs. You will own candidate generation and shortlisting, guiding candidates through interviews to onboarding, in collaboration with hiring managers and the Account Director.

You’ll join a customer-focused Talent Acquisition team, with experience across recruitment and a passion for helping people find their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience across end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a similar RPO/onsite setting.
• Experience recruiting in engineering/manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient with ATS/VMS platforms; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own candidate generation, shortlisting and presenting to hiring managers.
• Support monthly client reporting; track D&I and conversion metrics.
• Guide candidates through interviews to onboarding and final placement.
• Maintain accurate, well-ordered documentation in the ATS.
