Job Description
The Hybrid Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as a business partner to their dedicated business areas for hiring (VP and below). The Hybrid Recruiter will source candidates externally for assigned roles via direct channels where possible and also utilise the PSL as applicable. Hybrid Recruiters are also accountable for the coordination of the recruitment process for employee referrals and internal mobility. The Hybrid Recruiter will continuously engage with their business leaders and the aligned HR Advisor to offer advice on the recruitment process and ensure all administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
The Hybrid Recruiter must be commercially minded and work towards team goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Management
- Ensuring appropriate levels of sign off prior to commencing job search.
- Proactively source candidates via web advertising, referrals, head hunting, internal networking, company careers page, and other channels.
- Responsible for closing all direct candidates on roles where they are the preferred choice, managing any risk associated with making the hire.
- Responsible for the performance management of PSL in related business areas.
- Responsible for managing referral candidates in the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Responsible for managing internal mobility in partnership with the relevant HR Advisor.
- Work with the PSL to ensure the right level of candidate is sent to line managers and support with closing candidates as required.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure a joined‑up approach with all members of the recruitment team to provide an effective and efficient recruitment process.
- Actively promote the Direct Recruitment Model to hiring managers by highlighting benefits, cost savings and updated market information.
- Build, develop and maintain an in‑house candidate database and workflow products.
- Maintain internal talent pools of key skill sets.
- Contact and interview prospective candidates and keep an audit trail of contact.
- Be comfortable managing and reacting efficiently to volume recruitment.
- Capture all necessary recruitment information in RS ATS (TalentSource) and GHRS (Nomura system), including starter/leaver information and remuneration data.
- Liaise with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews.
- Manage the offer process, including providing up‑to‑date salary/rate and market information and comparing data from recent hires in the business area.
- Provide regular commentary on direct recruitment activity to the account manager and update the activity database/MI weekly.
- Execute ad hoc project work as assigned by the business and account manager.
Line Manager Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact and recruitment partner, providing an end‑to‑end recruitment service within corporate areas.
- Regularly meet with line managers to promote the service, including direct sourcing and its benefits, and understand the client group’s needs.
- Provide credible and consultative advice and support to the client throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Interface with HR community, line management and RS management.
- Encourage skills transfer to new members or keep existing members up‑to‑date with developments, and share knowledge within the on‑site team or via regular peer contact.
- Provide regular market information from internal and external sources, and stay abreast of market trends and legislative developments.
- Assist in writing approved job specs in line with legislative requirements.
- Partner in recruitment activity and offer added‑value services.
Process and Procedure Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Ensure compliance with all client policies, including approval systems, compensation policies, e‑mail policies, etc.
- Develop and deliver business plans, recruitment strategies and ideas.
- Ensure iTrack is accurate and up to date at all times.
Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
The requirements of this role may change over time and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes.
Qualifications
Previous MSP or RPO experience or knowledge.
Experience supporting compliance, legal, risk, asset management or wealth management.
Not looking for IT recruiting experience.
