Job summary

QVC Group is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for the Ontario, CA Fulfillment Center and support high-volume frontline hiring. You will source proactively, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to create structured interview processes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong market insights, and a commitment to an inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience in high-volume recruiting.
In-house corporate recruiting experience preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement.
Excellent communication and collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
Lead intake conversations using labor-market insights to align requirements and search approach.
Source candidates through inbound applications, Boolean search, direct outreach, pipelining, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers to build structured interview processes and timely communication.
Use market insights and recruiting data to share updates, support equitable offer development, and maintain ATS records.
Support frontline fulfillment center hiring by aligning recruiting activity with forecasts, training start dates, and seasonal demand.
Build relationships with external partners to strengthen local talent pipelines and awareness of QVC career opportunities.
