• Ability to partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across contact center and field roles.
• Run structured interviews and behavioral assessments for leadership roles.
• Collaborate with managers on requisition intake and offers.
• Maintain diverse talent pipelines and engage external partners as needed.
• Deliver weekly pipeline reports and measure time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
