You will drive sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding, delivering about seven hires per week while partnering with plant managers and site HR. This role emphasizes speed, reliability, and data-driven hiring to reduce agency use and staff shifts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent recruiting experience considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience for entry-level hourly roles in manufacturing/production.
• Proven ability to handle high requisition loads and hit hiring targets.
• Experience with ATS, text recruiting tools, job boards, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned requisition load across plants and shifts, delivering ~7 hires per week.
• Manage full recruiting cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate on-site interview days and tours.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and meet SLAs for speed and quality of hires.
