The position requires 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, including leadership hires, and a proven track record in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, 3+ years in high-volume contact center or field hiring.
• Experience hiring both individual contributors and frontline leaders (supervisors/managers).
• Track record tied to time-to-fill, retention, and quality-of-hire metrics.
• Experience partnering with external staffing agencies and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across contact center and field workforce.
• Run structured interviews for leadership roles with behavioral assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers on requisition intake, offers, and closing.
• Develop knowledge of field operations, markets, and skill profiles.
• Deliver weekly requisition status and pipeline reports to leadership.
• Maintain diverse pipelines through boards, associations, and referrals.
