Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; equivalent recruiting experience considered.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, high-volume hourly roles in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven track record of meeting weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Experience with ATS, text recruiting, job boards, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned requisition load across plants and shifts, delivering ~7 hires per week.
• Manage full recruiting cycle from posting to start date within SLAs.
• Coach managers on structured interviewing and timely feedback.
• Build evergreen pipelines for second/third shift staffing.
• Coordinate hiring events and partnerships with community organizations.
