You will partner with managers, develop pipelines, plan events, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment, leveraging data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience with Workday ATS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across high-volume requisitions and leadership searches.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines using varied channels.
• Plan and execute hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to align hiring plans with business needs.
• Streamline processes to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Embed equity and inclusion in all recruiting activities.
