Job summary

Cardlytics is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a lean, high-impact TA function. You will coordinate interviews, source diverse pipelines, screen candidates, and manage offers in a fast-moving environment. The role partners with the Head of TA to ensure an equitable interview process and strong candidate experience.

The anticipated annual base salary range is $100–$125 USD. Location is the United States; benefits include comprehensive medical plans, 401(k) matching, and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience with interview scheduling and multi-stakeholder communications.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and offer administration.
• Ability to maintain confidential candidate information.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interviews, calendars, and interviewer panels.
• Source diverse pipelines for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound strategies.
• Review resumes and conduct structured initial screens for defined roles.
• Draft offer letters and manage background checks and pre-hire workflows.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, candidate stages, and reporting.
• Support full-cycle recruiting for lower-complexity searches as needed.
