Job summary

IP Corporation in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units. This role focuses on developing sourcing strategies, building pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will screen and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, and drive workforce planning while representing IP Corporation at events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and staffing.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, technical, professional, and corporate roles from intake to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, assess qualifications, and present hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, guide interview practices, and support workforce planning.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and communities for recurring roles, including outreach to passive candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with HR leadership and maintain records in ADP.
• Represent IP Corporation at job fairs, campus events, and internship/university relations efforts.
