Job summary

IP Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, professional, and corporate roles. You will work with hiring managers and HR to attract, assess, and hire talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This role builds sourcing strategies, maintains talent pipelines, and represents our employment brand at career fairs and campus events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree required.
• At least 1 year of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through across multiple requisitions.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, technical, or corporate environments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, professional, and corporate positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, assess qualifications, and present hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements and guide interview practices.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and extend offers in collaboration with HR.
