Job summary

Bathhouse, in New York, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support staffing across our locations, partnering with General Managers and HR to maintain staffing stability and smooth hiring processes for backfills and ongoing roles.

You will source candidates, screen applicants, and present qualified candidates to General Managers, while keeping organized pipelines. A proactive communicator with ATS experience will thrive in our fast-paced wellness and hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in high-volume or operational hiring.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Experience using ATS platforms like Rippling and Greenhouse.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting efforts for backfills and ongoing hiring needs across existing locations.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review incoming applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Present qualified candidates to General Managers for further interview stages.
• Partner with General Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure hiring processes align with company policies and onboarding needs.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and talent pools for frequently hired positions.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
