Spencer's is seeking a Recruiting and Talent Partner to lead all recruitment, hiring, and engagement for our HQ and onsite spa teams in New York. You will develop forward-thinking sourcing strategies, build robust pipelines, and strengthen our employer brand to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will drive high-volume, full-cycle hiring for luxury spa roles, collaborate with operations, and implement programs that support retention and professional development across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment.
• Spa experience recruiting for Massage Therapists is preferred.
• Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for onsite spa roles and HQ functions.
• Build and sustain proactive, high-quality talent pipelines.
• Perform market, competitor, and industry analysis to optimize sourcing.
• Source top talent through diversified strategies and employer branding.
• Partner with onsite leadership and Operations on headcount planning, interviews, onboarding, and engagement.
• Drive smooth recruitment operations: posting, scheduling, dashboards, reporting.
• Design and deploy creative attraction tactics to enhance employer branding.
• Deliver high-quality candidate and employee experiences.
• Design and deliver employee engagement programs and development opportunities.
• Champion internal mobility and growth.
