Job summary

Spencer's Spa is a luxury boutique spa group in New York seeking a Recruiting and Talent Partner to lead all recruitment and employee engagement for HQ functions and onsite spa teams. You will develop sourcing strategies, build robust pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will drive talent flywheels, design development opportunities, and champion retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for Massage Therapists or spa roles is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for onsite spa roles and HQ.
• Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to inform strategy.
• Source top talent through diversified channels and social media.
• Coordinate with leadership on headcount planning, interviews, onboarding, and engagement.
• Maintain data-driven tracking and dashboards to evaluate performance.
