Job summary

Bathhouse is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York to support staffing for existing locations and backfills. You will partner with General Managers and the HR team to keep locations staffed and hiring processes efficient.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and maintaining pipelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with experience in high-volume hiring and ATS platforms like Rippling or Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with operations leaders and HR teams.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is preferred, specifically Rippling & Greenhouse.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the continued staffing and stability of our current locations by managing recruiting efforts for operational backfills and ongoing hiring needs. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
