Yami in the United States is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced startup environment. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent across channels, and optimize ATS workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven hiring, employer branding, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support Yami’s growth and immigration support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience as a primary focus; other HR areas a plus.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates with relevant skills and experience.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and major recruiting platforms.
• Ability to analyze market intelligence and competitor hiring landscapes to support effective recruiting strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Talent Acquisition Partner to business units, aligning with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Expand and innovate hiring channels to engage candidates across functions and levels.
• Assess candidates’ skills and experience, providing informed recommendations and market insights.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines within the ATS, ensuring compliance.
• Build employer branding and participate in career fairs and campus recruiting to attract talent.
