YipitData is seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting function across the US. You will inherit an established team of seven, build a data-driven, scalable talent strategy, and partner with leaders to accelerate high-growth hiring.

This remote-friendly role can sit in NYC or any US hub; visa sponsorship is not available. The annual on-target earnings range, equity included, reflects the senior scope of this position.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Change Management & Transformation initiatives to evolve TA organization, processes, and operating model.
• Oversee Recruiting Leadership & Strategy, coaching a team of ~7 recruiters and partnering with senior leaders.
• Drive Operational Excellence & Scale, establishing SLAs, dashboards, and a data-driven recruiting tech stack.
