Job summary

DataOne in Vineland, NJ seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across engineering, construction, data center ops, skilled trades, and corporate functions. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while partnering with hiring managers to set priorities and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Strong sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Experience using ATS to manage candidate pipelines and hiring docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and detail orientation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events and fairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and qualifications.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Screen candidates and interview to assess fit and capabilities.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain timely communication.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Plan and participate in career fairs, campus recruiting, and events.
• Develop relationships with colleges and workforce partners.
• Maintain ATS records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support offer prep and improvements to sourcing and candidate experience.
