Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across engineering, IT, and specialized technical functions in the Philadelphia area. You will manage full-cycle recruiting processes and partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and priorities.

You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations while delivering market insights and a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, IT, or technical roles.
• Proven success sourcing specialized or hard-to-fill talent.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and engage engineering and IT professionals.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, IT, and specialized technical positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, workforce needs, and priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offer negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor progress using ATS.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience.
