Job summary

Shannon & Wilson, a Seattle-based employee-owned engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting across 14 offices. You will partner with company leaders, develop creative sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs, shaping hiring strategy and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of talent acquisition experience, or 9+ years as recruiter.
• Experience in Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry preferred.
• Proven ability to develop talent strategies, workforce plans, and hiring forecasts.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring.
• SHRM-CP and/or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end full cycle recruiting across 14 offices.
• Develop hiring and attraction strategies across all job functions and 14 locations.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies.
• Lead resolution of complex hiring issues while maintaining candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting activity and metrics to improve outcomes.
• Evaluate candidates and present qualified candidates with clear recommendations.
• Build relationships with universities and professional associations to expand pipelines.
