Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing needs, requiring strategic thinking and excellent communication.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer and onboarding, build a robust candidate pipeline, and leverage data to drive recruiting decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
