Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Knoxville, TN. This role will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and craft targeted sourcing strategies that attract top talent.

You will conduct screenings, lead interviews, and drive onboarding while building a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
